Eum, firstly I am very sorry for taking such a long time to reply…I was away from Tumblr for a while. The weight loss probably wasn’t achieved by the most healthy means. I exercised to cancel out anything I ate and that which I ate I restricted. the medication I am taking is known to be a stimulant and is also known to cause weight loss.
Eum, in all honesty, the best way (while not the quickest way) is to achieve a healthy balance and change your lifestyle such that you eat healthier and exercise more regularly. In all diets - healthy and unhealthy - the key is burning more than you eat. Already, the average body with an average metabolism burns 1200 kCal merely by carrying out normal bodily functions. To see 1-2 lbs of loss per week you should reduce your normal (and by normal I mean what you would typically eat without restricting) by ~500 kCal and burn about 500 kCal daily through exercise.
Of course, as much as I can advise you…..you are the one who makes the choice. I just hope that you go about things safely and consider what it is that motivates you to lose weight. If there is a deeper, underlying emotional issue, then I strongly advise you to seek help to begin resolving it.
Although you may disagree, I think that you are a deserving person who is worthy of being loved by yourself and others. You deserve to be healthy and happy.
